Cleats and Wires
Sometimes a patient might require additional rotation or movement of certain teeth and this can be easily accomplished with the placement of the rotation cleats and /or labio-lingual wires to the appliance.

  • Compliance

Younger children using the Nite - Guide appliance have 93% compliance since they wear the appliance only at night. Children over 7 years of age and adults need to wear the appliance during the day with exercise. With proper daytime wear together with nighttime wear the appliance will turn white within 2 days. If the appliance is not worn for 48 hours it becomes transparent again. When the appliance is only worn at night, it turns translucent.
